There are mainly two ways to make the protective goggle lens with anti-fog function. The first way is use anti-fog PC material to produce the lens. But this PC mateiral is not economic. The second way, coasting the lens with anti-fog coast. This is cheaper way. But lens need with coasting hanger. So when design the protective goggle lens mould, need to design the coasting hanger on the mould.

According the client feedback and market requirement, we suggest design and produce the eyes protect goggle moulds as above specification. During covi-19 issue period, most of goggle moulds are delivered by air. So decrease the mould sizes and weight can save lots air freight.

1). Glass material ： In China usually use PC, if PC is not available in your country,you could consider to use PS, PMMA to instead of PC. please note: we make NO.1 Glass and No.4 small fixed lock on one mould
2). Frame material : In China usually use PVC, if PVC not available，you could choice to use TPU
PC glass mould ：2+2 cavity，making 2 cavity glass and 2 cavity fixed small plug on one family mould. PC glass is safety goggle product the most important parts, must be use good steel material: NAK80, perfect mirror polish steel.

For goggle PVC frame mould steel, there are some options: P20, 718, 2316, ETC. Normal PVC material is corrosive. So if goggle frame made with normal PVC material, the mould steel have to be stainless. Stainless steel 2316 is wonderful choose. But actually as protection products, goggle touch human skin tightly, so this product have to use environment-friendly PVC material. This kind of PVC material, doesn’t have corrosion. Then we can use P20 or 718 steel to make this mould. As mould supplier, we follow client’s requst.
